Shipping
Dornfeld Inc. - Quad-I uses UPS to ship to United States &
Canada. Additional shipping charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii,
and International destinations. Costs for UPS 2-Day, UPS Overnight,
and UPS International shipping services are provided during
checkout process. The costs associated with UPS Domestic &
International expedited shipping services are based on the
number products ordered and your delivery location.
UPS Will Not Deliver to Post Office
Boxes. UPS will deliver to most United States Rural
Routes.
Return Policy
Return of Quad-I products will be approved under the following
conditions:
1. Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is obtained
in advance from Quad-I.com. The RMA# is required to issue
a customer credit. To obtain an RMA# send us an e-mail to

or call 858-485-7357. Please reference your Order Number.
2. Discontinued products can not be returned.
3. Credit will be not issued for products that have been used
and/or damaged. Products must be returned in a resalable condition.
4. No product over 30 days old from invoice date will be authorized.
5. Customer is responsible for returning the product to our
warehouse.
